IT Security Governance Specialist (m/w/d)

Primary responsibilities:

• Operation and support of the ISO27001-certified information security management system (ISMS) with continuous improvement of policies, guidelines, processes and work instructions in close cooperation with the departments
• Supervision of security management services (risk management, identity & access management, compliance management)
• Security awareness organization and implementation of awareness audits as well as remediation processes for internal and external interested parties
• Managing and tracking information security policies in coordination with the Executive Board
• Evaluating the efficiency of the ISMS and periodic reporting of ISMS key figures to stakeholders
• Organization and support of internal and external ISMS audits, including further development and documentation of the audit processes

Requirements:

• A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, security management (university/university of applied sciences) or comparable training (HTL/AHS/technical school/completed vocational training) with relevant professional experience and additional training
• Interest and passion for the high-tech industry
• High level of willingness to learn and high commitment
• Ability to analyze and comprehend complex contexts
• Structured way of working and interdisciplinary thinking
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in German and English
