As a Process Engineer at EVG you are responsible for the development of Processes for our high-end equipment that is being used in the microsystems- and semiconductor industry to make the world of tomorrow happen. The position requires on-point quality management, as well as close collaboration and the presentation of results to our international customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

Process development for our equipment in the fields of Lithography (coating, exposure and development), Wafer Bonding and/or similar processes
Handling of specific customer process requirements under cleanroom conditions whilst ensuring an active knowledge transfer with colleagues
Process testing and quality control (including proper documentation)
Demonstrating our equipment and processes to our customers in our state-of-the-art ISO 5 cleanroom area

Requirements:

Master’s degree and/or substantial knowledge in chemistry, materials or semiconductors
Structured, accurate and solution-oriented working method
Enthusiastic and determined with a professional appearance
Team orientation with interdepartmental thinking as well as taking pleasure in an international working environment
Willingness to travel (<30%) worldwide
Solid English and MS Office skills
