Process Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Process Engineer at EVG you are responsible for the development of Processes for our high-end equipment that is being used in the microsystems- and semiconductor industry to make the world of tomorrow happen. The position requires on-point quality management, as well as close collaboration and the presentation of results to our international customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process development for our equipment in the fields of Lithography (coating, exposure and development), Wafer Bonding and/or similar processes
  • Handling of specific customer process requirements under cleanroom conditions whilst ensuring an active knowledge transfer with colleagues
  • Process testing and quality control (including proper documentation)
  • Demonstrating our equipment and processes to our customers in our state-of-the-art ISO 5 cleanroom area

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree and/or substantial knowledge in chemistry, materials or semiconductors
  • Structured, accurate and solution-oriented working method
  • Enthusiastic and determined with a professional appearance
  • Team orientation with interdepartmental thinking as well as taking pleasure in an international working environment
  • Willingness to travel (<30%) worldwide
  • Solid English and MS Office skills
