Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) Taiwan

In this role, you will be responsible for the active and autonomous sales of precision systems for the semiconductor industry. In addition to sales responsibility for the assigned sales area, the position also includes the continuous expansion of market share in line with the corporate strategy. You will be based at our headquarters in Austria and will be supported by top-class support teams on a technical and organizational level.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Development, coordination and operational implementation of targets for the assigned sales area
  • Supporting existing customers and acquiring new customers
  • Advising customers on product and system selection, preparing quotations, negotiating orders and closing deals
  • Expanding the sales organization, training and supporting local sales colleagues and liaising between headquarters and the branch office
  • Realization of customer requirements in close cooperation with the technology department
  • Project tracking and supporting coordination of customer support activities in the assigned sales area
  • Market observation and competition analysis
  • Coordination of marketing activities in the sales area
  • Customer presentations and representation of the company at conferences and exhibitions

Requirements:

  • Many years of sales experience with demonstrable sales success in complex solution and project business is an advantage
  • A technical educational background (HTL/FH/UNI)
  • Strong negotiating, implementation and persuasive skills
  • Professional appearance, high competence in presentations and negotiations
  • Ability to motivate and work in a team as well as strong communication skills
  • Experience in leading a team is an advantage
  • Business fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel worldwide

Salary

The gross salary for this position is at least EUR 56.000,-- per year (excluding overtime payment and benefits). Overpayment is possible, depending on your qualification and professional experience.
