EV Group Earns Sixth Consecutive Triple Crown Win in VLSIresearch 2018 Customer Satisfaction Survey

EVG achieves milestone with 16th consecutive year listed among "THE BEST" suppliers in survey results; back-to-back wins across all four award categories

EVG also received a RANKED 1st in Specialty Fab Equipment award again this year, marking the sixth year in a row that it has received all three customer satisfaction awards. EVG was also recognized for a second year in a row as one of THE BEST Suppliers of Fab Equipment to Specialty Chip Makers-increasing its score in this award category as well.

According to VLSIresearch, EVG earned its highest 10 BEST rating ever this year, with its highest category scores in technical leadership, recommend supplier, trust in supplier and product performance. 2018 marks the 16th consecutive year that EVG has been listed among THE BEST Suppliers of Fab Equipment, as well as the sixth year that EVG has achieved the number one spot as the highest ranked wafer bonder supplier. Since VLSIresearch began including a fourth award category starting in 2017 for suppliers to foundation and specialty chip makers, EVG has won awards in all four award categories.

About the 2018 VLSIresearch Customer Satisfaction Survey
VLSIresearch received feedback from more than 94% of the chip market and 76% of subsystems customers for this year's survey. The survey spans 2½ months and covers five languages. Worldwide participants were asked to rate equipment suppliers among fifteen categories based on three key factors: supplier performance, customer service, and product performance. 2,149 surveys were returned, resulting in 31,524 total responses.
