EV Groupのマスクレス露光装置LITHOSCALEが2021年BEST OF WEST賞を受賞

サンフランシスコ、カリフォルニア – 2021年12月8日 – 12月7日から9日までサンフランシスコのMoscone Centerで開催されるSEMICON West 2021 Hybridで、EV Group（EVG）のマスクレス露光装置LITHOSCALE®が2021 Best of West賞を受賞したことを、SEMIとSemiconductor Digestにより発表されました。EVGは、MEMS、ナノテクノロジー、半導体市場向けのウェーハ接合およびリソグラフィ装置のリーディングサプライヤーです。

SEMIとSemiconductor Digestが毎年発表するBest of West賞は、エレクトロニクス製造のサプライチェーンや特定の製造能力を著しく向上させる革新的な新製品やサービスを表彰するものです。

LITHOSCALEは、半導体先端パッケージング、MEMS、バイオメディカル、PCB製造など、高度な柔軟性や製品バリエーションを必要とする市場やアプリケーションのバックエンドリソグラフィのニーズに対応するよう設計されています。EVGの革新的なMLE™  （マスクレス露光）技術を搭載した最初の製品プラットフォームであるLITHOSCALEは、露光フィールドの制限のない高解像度（2ミクロンL/S以下）、リアルタイムデータ転送と即時露光を可能にする強力なデジタル処理や、大量生産に対応した高い拡張性を兼ね備えたデザインとなっています。

歪みのない高輝度光学系とサブナノメータレンジのステージ動作精度により、基板全体へのシームレスな射影を実現します。また、LITHOSCALEは、基板の材質や表面のばらつきに対応するため、ダイナミックアライメントモードや自動焦点によるダイレベルの補正機能を採用しています。これにより、既存のマスクレス露光機に比べ、最大で5倍のスループットを実現した世界初の量産用マスクレス露光リソグラフィシステムとなりました。
